Iris has called Nevada County home on and off since 2000 and officially put roots down back in 2012 when she started her family. Her background is in Agriculture and Organic farming and she has always had a strong connection to the land and her community. Before beginning her new role here at SAEL, she served the community for many years through the Department of Social Services. 

Outside of work Iris Iris enjoys growing her own food and flowers, traveling with her two boys, and exploring all the Sierras have to offer. She is grateful to call Nevada county home and looks forward to being a part of the community here at SAEL.
